Alexander Pilates is a boutique studio that specialises in semi private Reformer Pilates classes, and private coaching using the studio equipment (reformer, cadillac, chair and spine corrector).
All classes are taught by Hayley herself, an internationally respected Pilates instructor with 19 years of experience. Her approach is focused on attention to detail & reflect her passionate, comprehensive, and in-depth approach.
For those who can’t make it into the studio Hayley offers virtual/live sessions, or an on demand subscription service that you can access anytime, anywhere.
