Reformer Pilates

Pilates Reformers give you a unique full body conditioning workout using springs as resistance. The class focuses on body alignment, pelvic stability, breathing, initiating and building core strength, flexibility, and elongating muscle groups to enable efficient movement.

Our classes are semi-private (limited to 4 people) for attention to detail, individual corrections and safety.

We offer a variety of semi-private classes to suit everyone:

  • Reformer Pilates for Any Age (our general level class for all ages, levels, postnatal clients or those returning from minor injury)

  • Reformer Pilates (general/strong intermediate level)

  • Advanced Reformer (very experienced clients only, pre approval from Hayley necessary to join this class)

  • Over 65’s Reformer (gentle and focused on what the over 65 body needs most)

  • Over 75’s Reformer (very gentle, slower paced and focused on what the over 75 body needs most)
